This early-access privacy notice describes the current public-site and subscription setup. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed before a full commercial launch.

We collect contact, firm, service-fit, and billing-contact information when you request an invoice. The hosted payment provider collects any payment information needed to complete payment under its own terms and privacy notice.

We do not ask for payment-card data, client financial statements, bank credentials, or securities holdings through this site. Do not provide client-confidential information in general inquiries.

We do not claim that WorkMason currently uses advertising pixels, behavioral profiling, session replay, or sells/shares personal data for behavioral advertising. If live operations, processors, retention periods, or rights workflows change, this notice must be updated before the related feature is activated.
